Coal India Limited (CIL), (A Govt. Of India Undertaking) requires young, energetic, dynamic and skilled Management Trainees in the various discipline (Advt. No. 01/2019).

Coal India invites online applications in the prescribed format for the recruitment of Management Trainees to be inducted as officers/Managers after completing their training.

Coal India Management Trainee Recruitment 2019 Vacancies
Management Trainees : 1326 vacancies  (UR-485, EWS-132, OBC-361, SC-206, ST-142), Pay Scale: E2 grade Rs.50000-160000 and on successful completion of training will be posted in the E3 grade Rs.60000-180000, Age: 30 years as on 01/04/2020. Relaxation in age as per rules. Mining - 288 Electrical Engineer - 218 Mechanical Engineer - 258 Civil Engineer - 68 Coal Preparation - 28 Systems/IT - 46 Material Management - 28 Finance & Accounts - 254 Personnel & HR - 89 Sales & Marketing - 23 Community Development - 26



Computer Based Online Test
Recruitment will be based on the result of computer based online test which will be will be held on 27/02/2020 & 28/02/2020 respectively.

The duration of Computer Based Online Test will be for 3 hours (in one sitting) consisting of two papers (Paper-I & Paper-II) of 100 marks each. Paper-I will consist of General Knowledge/ Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General English and Paper-II will consist of Professional Knowledge (Discipline related) with 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQ) in each paper.

Qualifying marks in the Computer Based Online Test will 40 for General/EWS candidates, 35 for OBC and 30 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Selected candidates will be called for Personal Interview as per their merit in the ratio of 1:3 (3 candidates against 1 vacancy in respective category)

₹1000/- to be paid through online mode only. No fee for SC/ST/PH and departmental candidates.
